Nido is free forever. Casa adds your own domain and 100 GB for €3 a month. Stormo is €5 per person for families and small teams. No ads on any plan.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time, from Settings → Plan. Upgrades apply straight away and you only pay the difference for the days left. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period, and if you’re storing more than the smaller plan holds, nothing is deleted: we’ll simply ask you to tidy up first.
How does the free trial of Casa work?
Casa is free for your first 14 days. We email you three days before the trial ends, and if you decide not to stay, you drop back to Nido with your address, mail and first three aliases exactly where you left them.
What if I cancel a yearly plan?
Cancel within 14 days of paying and you get every cent back. After that, your plan runs to the end of the year you paid for, then quietly becomes free Nido. Your address and your mail stay put either way.
How does Stormo billing work for a family?
One person pays for everyone: €5 per person a month, or €50 per person a year. Add or remove people whenever you like and the bill adjusts from the next day. Everyone gets their own private inbox; the family admin manages seats and billing but can’t read anyone’s mail.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay, VAT included, wherever you live in the EU. Businesses can add a VAT number in Settings → Billing and receive a proper invoice every time they pay.
How can I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and, for yearly plans, SEPA Direct Debit. Card details go straight to our PCI DSS certified payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
What happens to my custom domain if I go back to Nido?
Mail to your domain keeps arriving for 30 days while you decide, and lands in your @rondinemail.com inbox. After that, point the domain wherever you like. Your @rondinemail.com address stays yours, as always.
